AgriDock is an automated drone docking station that enables 24/7 autonomous agricultural operations. The system automatically swaps depleted batteries with charged ones, refills chemical tanks, and manages your drone fleet without human intervention. When your drone completes a mission, it returns to the station, docks automatically, gets serviced, and launches for the next mission.

Battery swapping typically takes under 5 minutes for AgriDock Drone and DJI Agras T40/T30 models. The process is fully automated - the drone lands, the station swaps the battery, refills chemicals if needed, and the drone is ready for its next mission.

Standard packages include 1-2 year warranties depending on the product. Professional and Enterprise packages include extended warranties up to 5 years. All warranties cover manufacturing defects and include free firmware updates. Extended warranty and service plans are available for purchase.

Installation & Setup

AgriDock Station can be installed in 4-6 hours with basic tools. We provide detailed installation guides and video tutorials. Professional installation service is available for $499, which includes setup, calibration, and on-site training. Most customers opt for professional installation to ensure optimal performance.

You need a level concrete pad or compacted gravel base (minimum 5m²), access to 220V AC or 380V 3-phase power, and clear sky view for GPS reception. The station should be positioned with at least 10m clearance in all directions. Detailed site preparation guidelines are included with your order.

Yes, AgriDock Station is designed for seasonal relocation. The unit can be disassembled into transportable sections. We recommend professional assistance for relocation to ensure proper reassembly and calibration. Contact our support team for relocation services.

Troubleshooting

Common solutions:

  1. Verify GPS signal strength - requires minimum 12 satellites
  2. Check landing platform is clean and free of debris
  3. Ensure RTK base station is active and connected
  4. Calibrate drone compass if recently moved to new location
  5. Check for firmware updates for both drone and station

If issues persist, run the diagnostic tool in the AgriDock app or contact support.

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check battery contacts for corrosion or debris
  2. Verify power supply to station (check circuit breakers)
  3. Inspect battery for swelling or damage (do not charge damaged batteries)
  4. Check battery temperature - charging pauses if too hot or cold
  5. Review charging log in AgriDock app for error codes

If battery shows physical damage, discontinue use and contact support immediately.

Check these items:

  1. Verify main tank has sufficient chemical level
  2. Check inlet/outlet valves are open
  3. Inspect hoses and connectors for leaks or blockages
  4. Clean inline filter (located near pump)
  5. Run pump test sequence from maintenance menu

Regular maintenance includes weekly filter cleaning and monthly hose inspection.

Connectivity checklist:

  1. Verify cellular signal strength (minimum 2 bars required)
  2. Check SIM card is properly inserted and activated
  3. Restart station communication module (power cycle)
  4. Confirm mobile data plan is active and not exceeded
  5. Check firewall settings if using WiFi connection

The station stores mission data locally and will sync when connection is restored.
